Sometimes the only way to discover a unique scent is to follow your nose and wander for hours through deserted mountains along small paths. At an altitude of 1800 meters, in the Provence, far from the famous lavender fields, wild mountain lavender grows. The aroma is softer, more subtle, and perhaps slightly sweeter than what we are used to. Christophe roams alone with his fanny pack and sickle across cool, silent mountain meadows to pick these flowers and distill them into oil.
