1. General

These terms and conditions are valid for all deliveries of essential oil, carrier oil and accessories from the daswilde web shop. All daswilde offers are only binding when they are specifically mentioned as binding by daswilde .

2. Sales agreement

The sale agreement with daswilde is concluded when the customer has accepted the Terms & Conditions and has completed the payment at PayPal, iDEAL, MisterCash or SOFORT. Immediately after the order has been made, the customer receives an e-mail confirmation. The customer can put products in the shopping cart without any obligation. No rights can be derived from placing products in the shopping cart. The sales agreement is drawn up in German.

3. Prices

daswilde reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices are displayed in euro and include 0% German VAT (MehrwertSteuer). daswilde falls under small business legislation. Essentially, German small businesses can therefore dispense with the presentation and payment of VAT, but are then also excluded from the deduction of input from invoices of other entrepreneurs.

4. Privacy

The personal customer information required to process an order is stored by daswilde and treated confidentially. Data can be exchanged between daswilde and Mollie (iDEAL, SOFORT, MisterCash) as a payment service provider to facilitate payments in foreign currencies.

5. Liability

daswilde is never liable for the use by the customer, in any way, of products sold in the daswilde webshop. Use of the products is entirely at the expense of the buyer. In case of damage to the products upon arrival by delivery, daswilde will provide a replacement product.

6. Right to return

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery. daswilde will refund the full purchase price plus shipping costs. Essential oil and base oil can only be returned if the seal is still intact.

7. Damaged goods

When products are damaged on delivery, daswilde will offer you a replacement product or will refund the full purchase price plus shipping.
